Energetic Reflection

I am your fiery lioness

The spiritual fire starter you have always been craving to ignite your inner sequestered flame

Sent to blaze down your carefully constructed walls

Restore the ice you have formed back to its original child-like trusting water

Destroying the mask of the false you and revealing the self you were to begin with 

You are my thoughtful river

The three coins in the fountain I have always been magnetically attracted to but wouldn't allow myself to receive

Sent to wash away the sharp shards of unrequited love, splinters beneath the surface of my skin I could never release

Repair the damage between the cracks of my heart with water coloured memories

Dancing steam created from my sometimes self destructive flames

When we are in each others physical presence, I hear your unspoken words that hang suspended in the ether

You see the love written all over my smile and in my sparkling eyes

I recognise the familiar tune that your heart is desperate to sing

You feel my passionate yet respectful energy that is unusually pure of intention

I sense your knowing awareness that is undeniably exchanged

Subtle yet powerfully strong

Highly valuable treasure we share inside

An extraordinary connection humming along in the unseen

If they dusted my heart for fingerprints they would find only yours

Although they are not from this earthly existence I remember them as if they are

If they examined your soul for footprints they would see how many times I have walked through in many different guises

Although I have forgotten which character I was or what was around us I remember being there like I never left

I am the physical embodiment of your fiery water as you are that of my watery fire

Opposite faces of the same coin

A perfect balance rather than the polar extremes we have forced to fit together to keep us from losing ourselves in the waves of true divine love that threaten our sense of control

We are the reflection of an element of the other’s divine truth

Part of our soul essence externalised to help us reclaim our ownership
